We are an AMI accredited Montessori school located close to the City of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Our secluded peaceful campus is home to 165 students. Montessori Assistants
Montessori assistants play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher and fostering a calm, engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include preparing materials, observation, supervising activities, maintaining classroom organization, and ensuring the safety and well-being of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or above, strong communication and organizational skills, patience, and a passion for working with children. Montessori assistant experience or willingness to take AMI Assistant training is a must.

Trained Elementary Guide

Media Specialist
The Media Specialist will manage library and media resources to foster a love of reading, learning, and digital literacy. Key duties include supporting Montessori pedagogy, maintaining an inclusive, curated library, introducing research, digital citizenship, and keyboarding skills, managing library scheduling, and assisting staff with technology. The ideal candidate has Montessori experience, strong organizational skills, a collaborative attitude, and the desire to work with children. This is a 30+ hour-per-week position. –
